One-On-One

I offer classes on a one-to-one basis for beginners and advanced students in my Del Rio Studio, overlooking beautiful Lake Amistad.

 
Quilt 'N Fish

One of the specialties my husband, Ron, and I offer is a FISH ‘n QUILT package for the husband and wife who want to spend time at the lake.

If you are like me, you like driving to the fishing lakes, but you would rather do something else while he’s out there racing around.

So, some of you may enjoy taking a quilting lesson while you are here. My husband, Ron, an experienced tournament bass fisherman, is usually available for fishing trips or for advice.

 
Prices

I charge $150 for two-days of classes that include lunch. I teach the quilt basics and include techniques that allow you to create your own quilts in hours without using a pattern or expensive tools.

You get to play with my toys and use my enormous fabric stash to slash and whack as much as you like, and you will leave my studio with a completed quilt top ready for quilting.

Unlike other classes where the instructor asks you to buy fabrics , patterns, and supplies that cost you a fortune and then makes you afraid to cut up your precious fabric, in my studio you can make all the mistakes you want and start over whenever you want.
